Unisorb V-100 Epoxy Grout

Unisorb Standard V-100 Epoxy Grout is a two component, 100% solids, filled epoxy system that cures very rapidly at normal room temperature. It sets up a tough durable impact and vibration resistant growth which eliminates chronic re-grouting common to many installations. Pours as thin as 1/16″ and as thick as 1″ may be made with Standard V-100 Epoxy Grout. It is a proven method of grouting, re-grouting and anchoring hard-to-hold heavy machinery.

High-Flow, High-Strength Epoxy Grout for Precision Machine Installation

V100 Standard Formula is the workhorse of the Unisorb epoxy grouting line and the most widely used solution for precision machine installations. Engineered for superior flowability and high compressive strength, it provides reliable, void-free support for machinery and equipment where performance and durability are critical.

Unlike conventional epoxy grouts that rely on heavy aggregate loading, V100 Standard incorporates a super-fine aggregate blend that allows for exceptional flow and ease of placement. This advanced formulation ensures complete contact beneath baseplates and equipment foundations—eliminating air pockets and improving load transfer.

Designed for pour depths up to 1-1/2″, V100 Standard is ideal for applications requiring high-strength, shock-resistant support, including CNC machinery, metal forming equipment, and other dynamic industrial systems. Its excellent flow characteristics make it one of the easiest epoxy grouts to place with confidence, reducing installation risk and improving long-term performance.

The result is a durable, high-integrity machine-to-foundation interface that enhances stability, maintains alignment, and supports reliable operation under demanding conditions.
