The rugged cast housing has a dimple to accommodate and center the nose of the levelling screw.

Unisorb Model U Machinery Mount Applications
Unisorb Model U Machinery Mounts are designed for machinery that uses leveling screws and require a stable mounting point between the equipment and floor. The mounts provide an alternative to conventional steel puck feet commonly used with machine tools and are designed to accommodate and center the nose of the machine’s leveling screw.
The Model U series is available in multiple sizes and load capacities to accommodate different machinery requirements.
