Iso-Pyramid is a molded rubber vibration isolation system designed for use beneath concrete slabs and housekeeping pads to create acoustically isolated, floating foundations. Supplied in 25 mm (1″) thick sheets measuring 1 m x 1 m (39.4″ x 39.4″), it provides a versatile and easy-to-install solution for both large-scale and discrete isolation applications.

Each sheet features integrally molded rubber pyramids on one side, engineered with precise geometry to control load response and deflection. These pyramids are bonded to a continuous 6 mm base layer, with no bridging between individual elements—allowing the system to reduce contact with the primary structure by over 95% while maintaining uniform support.

Iso-Pyramid is self-adjusting to load. Under light loads, only the tips of the pyramids engage, while heavier loads or impacts progressively activate a larger cross-section of the isolators. This variable contact behavior provides effective vibration isolation across a wide range of loading conditions.

Capable of supporting loads up to 2,160 lbs per sq. ft. (10,500 kg/m²), Iso-Pyramid is suitable for both heavy slab isolation and lighter equipment support when used as discrete isolators. Manufactured from 100% recycled rubber crumb with permanently elastic polyurethane binders, it offers long-term durability and consistent performance.

Installation is fast and efficient. Lightweight sheets can be handled by a single installer, easily cut to fit around penetrations, and quickly sealed using standard expansion joint materials and tape. Once placed, the system is ready for reinforcement and concrete placement—eliminating the need for specialized trades and reducing overall installation cost.
