Waffle Pads provide a straightforward and economical solution for reducing vibration, shock, and structure-borne noise in a wide range of machinery and equipment. Molded from high-quality natural or neoprene rubber, these pads feature a distinctive waffle pattern that increases elastomer deflection, improving vibration isolation while maintaining stable load support.

Available in a variety of thicknesses, durometers, and material options, Waffle Pads can be selected based on load requirements and environmental conditions. Neoprene formulations are recommended for applications exposed to oil, fuel, or solvents, while natural rubber provides excellent general-purpose performance.
Proper pad selection is important—loading should be calculated based on pressure (PSI) at machine contact points to ensure the pads operate within their optimal deflection range. For equipment with large base frames, pads should be placed strategically to provide adequate support while maintaining correct loading.
